Ministry with our students isn’t something to be relegated to one or two people, it is a ministry that is best embraced by a community of saints, of all ages. Investing in youth ministry is one of the most important callings of the church today. Our students are the church and we want to do everything in our power to invite, walk alongside, disciple and support our teens as they grow in age and in grace.

This past winter, Ministry Architects, an organization that helps churches build deep and sustainable youth ministries, joined us on site to intentionally reflect, discuss, and build a plan for our youth ministry.

One outgrowth of our work together was the implementation of a renovation team. A volunteer team which is tasked with shepherding a number of short term pressure points, as well as some longer terms plans that will strengthen our youth ministry.

Our desire is to invite you to consider a partner role with youth ministry. This might mean saying yes to serving as a small group leader. Or maybe God is inviting you to coordinate a one-time special event, serve in a behind the scenes role or pray for our students.

Please take some time to pray and consider what role you might play as our renovation team reaches out to you these next few weeks. You can also make a note on your communication card today or contact us individually! We are so excited to see what God is going to build through our faithful prayer and efforts.
