Have you lost a loved one and discovered few people understand the depth of your pain? Grieving can be a confusing experience that raises questions. The format for this special time together will include weekly videos, group discussion, and workbook material each week with journal entrees. The following topics will be addressed over a 13-week period: (1) Is This Normal? (2) Challenges of Grief (3) The Journey of Grief: Part One (4) The Journey of Grief: Part Two (5) Grief and Your Relationships (6) Why? (7) Guilt and Anger (8) Complicating Factors (9) Stuck (10) Lessons of Grief: Part One (11) Lessons of Grief: Part Two (12) Heaven (13) What Do I Live for Now?
GriefShare will be facilitated by Elder Bob Walters, Susan Thompson (Board Certified Biblical Counselor, MA Pastoral Counseling, MA Spiritual and Pastoral Care); and Holly Fadden (MA in Biblical Studies, MA in Instructional Systems Development, Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in chronic pain and trauma).
