Vacation Bible School 2020: At Home Edition
Registration for Concrete and Cranes is closed.
As with many events these days, this year’s VBS is going to be very different than ever before – but still filled with Bible truths, awesome music, fun crafts, and silly games! Unfortunately we will not be meeting on campus, and we will very much miss interacting with all the kids, teenagers, actors, musicians – everyone! But of course, safety for all must be our priority.
This year’s VBS allows parents, grandparents, siblings, or other caretakers to be more involved in sharing in the fun of learning about Jesus. While the church plays an important part in the spiritual lives of kids, the family should be their strongest foundation for learning about God. So it makes perfect sense that our theme this summer is Concrete and Cranes!
With Concrete and Cranes, kids will discover that Jesus’ love provides a lasting foundation. Through rivets and rebar, bulldozers and backhoes, they will learn to build their faith on Jesus as they uncover the truth that He who began a good work will be faithful to carry it on to completion.
When? July 24th -26th
Who? Rising VPK – 6th grade in Fall 2020
How? Some parts of Concrete and Cranes, such as Opening Rally and Bible, will be presented through short videos that will be available on YouTube and the TWC website. But most of the fun happens in person, with parents and kids working together to read the Bible, make crafts, and play games. In late July, it may be safe for two or three families to do VBS together in a small community format!
How much? $8 per child (Includes a backpack, head tie, music CD, craft materials, and much more!)
How do I sign up? Click the blue Register button at the right to register and pay online.
Registration deadline is Friday, July 17, 2020!
