Leadership Lab

The purpose of the “Leadership Lab” is two-fold:

  1. The first goal is to provide equipping and training on select topics at the leadership level for our church. Think of it as “advanced discipleship topics” that we probably cannot explore from the pulpit or can be difficult to delve into even in a Life Group setting.
    • Future topics might include “Principles of Biblical Interpretation” to help you read the Bible in its historical and cultural context without sacrificing devotional depth or “Conflict Resolution Applied to Real Life” to give you a framework for how to handle the inevitable conflicts in marriage, family, work, and church with grace, love, and wisdom or “Evangelism Tools for the Modern World” to help us become the ambassadors of Christ that we are called to be or Recognizing False Teaching: Modern Tendencies and Trends” to deepen our spiritual discernment.
  2. The second goal is to help all our church family and leadership teams get on the same page, encouraging unity in the body of Christ, a time to pray together, and a time to focus on select ways we can all be the church family that God is calling us to be.
